How to Remove a Designation Record from a Fund
You cannot remove a designation that has been or is currently associated with one or more pledges.
On the Home page, you can open the DM Funds page by selecting Funds in the navigation bar or by clicking the Go to Funds link at the bottom of the Funds card.
- Open the Funds page.
- The page opens in card view. To switch to grid view, click this button in the upper right:
. - In the Funds list, locate the fund. To quickly find the desired fund, use the Search or Filter function.
Position your mouse over the Info icon 
to find out what type of data the Search bar accepts.
- Select the fund's link, as shown (in card view) below, to open the record:
- Click the Designations tab to view the Designations Setup page.
This page lists all designations currently set up for the selected fund.
- To the right of the designation you want to remove, click

A message is displayed, prompting you to confirm the deletion.
- Click
to delete the designation.
The designation is no longer associated with the fund. The system removes it from the list on the Designations tab.
