How to Import a Lockbox File
On the Home page, you can open the DM Imports page by selecting Imports in the side bar menu or by clicking Go to Imports at the bottom of the Imports card.
- On the Home page, open the DM Imports page.
- Use one of these methods to import a lockbox file of pledges or contributions into your organization:
- Drag and Drop
Find the file on your computer that you want to import. Select the file but do not release the mouse button. Then, while pressing the button drag the file to the Drop file here area. Release the mouse button to begin the import process.
- Browse
Click 
. Navigate to the location on your computer where the lockbox file is saved. Select the file. Then, follow your browser's process for importing a file.
After the file is imported, the system displays a summary of the file. The summary enables you to verify the accuracy of the data in the imported file.
