Refunds Tab
In the fund record, the Refunds tab enables you to set up the fund to provide a refunds to each parish that exceeds their fundraising goal.
Search Bar
The Search feature provides a quick and easy way to find a refund record without having to look through an entire list, which, depending on the number of records you have, can be pages long. Note that results of searches include only refunds made to organizations the logged-in user has permission to access.

Fields in the Refunds Record
The list below provides information about each field on Refunds tab. Click the arrowhead next to the field's name to expand it and view its description.
Name of the parish.
Parish's city location
Date refund check issued.
Refund amount.
Refund check number.
Refund check date.
Text field used to record notes pertaining to the refund.
