How to Delete a Pledge Record
On the Home page, you can open the DM Pledges page by selecting Pledges in the navigation bar or by clicking the Go to Pledges link at the bottom of the Pledges card.
- Open the DM Pledges page in card view.
- The page opens in card view. To switch to grid view, click this button in the upper right:
. - Locate the pledge record you want to delete. To quickly find the desired batch, use the Search or Filter function.
- Position your mouse over the Info icon
to find out what type of data the Search bar accepts. - Select the checkbox to the left of the giver's name as shown (in card view) below:

The system removes the pledge record from your database and from the list on the DM Pledges page.
