Parish Reports Tab

In the fund record, the Parish Reports tab contains options that let you specify which groups of users can view and create parish reports.

Buttons

(Reorder List)(Reorder List)

By default, the reports on the Parish Reports page are listed in alphabetic order. Use this button to change the order to your preference.

To reorder reports, click the button and drag the name of the report to the desired location. Release the mouse button when the report is where you want it to appear in the list.

EditEdit 

Click this button to edit the Custom Name field for a parish report. The name you specify appears in the header of the report.

 Save Save

If you change the custom name of a parish report, click this button to save the new name.

Click to cancel the previous editing action. If you made no changes, click this button to exit Edit mode.

Fields in the Parish Reports Record

The list below provides information about each field on Permissions tab. Refer to this list when editing parish report permissions for a staff user.

Click the arrowhead next to the field's name to expand it and view its description.

Report NameReport Name

Name of the parish report. For descriptions of the reports, go to About the Parish Reports Page.

DM Admin AccessDM Admin Access

This checkbox control determines whether users with the Development Admin access permission enabled in their staff records can view and create parish reports. Select the checkbox to enable the permission. 

DM User AccessDM User Access

This checkbox control determines whether users with the Development User access permission enabled in their staff records can view and create parish reports. Select the checkbox to enable the permission.

Parish User AccessParish User Access

This checkbox control determines whether users with the Parish DDM access permission enabled in their staff records can view and create parish reports. Select the checkbox to enable the permission.

Custom NameCustom Name

Enter a custom name for a parish report in this field. The name you specify is displayed in the report header.

For example, you can change the custom name of the All Parishes Refund Shortfall report to "Shortfall Report." After you save the name, "Shortfall Report" appears in the report header.
