How to a Create Contribution Detail Statement Report

A contribution detail statement provides an itemization of contributions made by donors to a fund during the specified time period. This topic shows you how to create statements for your donors.

 On the Home page, open the Donor Reports page either by selecting Donors (in the Reports group) in the navigation bar or by clicking the Donors option on the Reports card.

  1. On the Home page, open the Donor Reports page.
  2. In the Donor Report dropdown list, select the Contribution Detail Statement Report option:

  1. Configure the report. For descriptions of the setup options for the Contribution Detail Statement, go to Setup Options for the Contribution Detail Report.
  2. To generate the report, click . Then, select a report type option: Excel or PDF.
